The right person is naturally curious, connects easily with local community leaders, is communicative and can deliver a compelling morning talk show day after day.  

This individual must be creative, fresh and local every break and have consistent engagement with the listeners. Strong social media and podcasting skills are required.  

A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
